I don't see why the whole election would/should be delayed, although the voting in the affected areas could be thrown out of whack. All the rest of the country could still put their 2 cents in, and just wait for the rest to catch up. Don't see where it would be too much different from voting early by mail.

But the way I tend to see things (logically) often has nothing to do with reality. I'm sure one side or the other, or both sides, will come up with some way to scream about how they got cheated. Regardless of how many dead and homeless there may be, or how many billions in damages......
