Jury Duty Summons

Well isn't this just dandy... I got a summons for jury duty in the mail today and the date that I'm supposed to do it is, of all the luck, today! I tried calling the phone number but only get a pre-recorded message. Apparently the State of Colorado thought I moved to an address in N. Phoenix where the residents there (I'm guessing) returned to sender which then got bounced to my old address in Colorado Springs and subsequently forwarded to my PO Box here in Scottsdale.

Aside from returning it with the box marked stating that I moved and have no intention of coming back, what kind of legal ramifications do I now face?
