Yeah, they really suck.

Not so much of a legal issue but I brought my Sony wireless Blue Ray player back the other day (Over four weeks ago) and said it isn't maintaining connection to the wireless. Their immediate response was, "sir it would be better to just hard line it to the internet." Well I'm aware of that, however I didn't spend the money on a wireless player to hardwire it.

So They send it to the manufacturer (Sony) and I finally get a call yesterday and told me they didn't understand what was happening and tried to blame it all kinds of other things. I informed them, I would have thought it was other things too, but did the proper tests to make sure it wasn't before I brought it in.

Best Buy told me three weeks, my call yesterday was 4 weeks exactly, and Sony said they still had the product.

I'm missing walking dead because of this.

I realize your issue is way more important.
