    Sony definitively suck big time, but lately I have had to deal with an XBOX account hack and I can tell you that Microsoft sucks even more.....

    Short story: kids Xbox hacked somehow, my Credit Card charged for 200$ worth of Zune purchase, Ip address of user traced to china, MS won't cancel the account and keep sending my password reset to the perp email in china!!!
