Larue 5.56 Stealth Upper vs BCM Stainless Upper

Is there a $300-$400 difference that makes the LaRue better than the other?

I would say the quality is about the same except for the BCG is nicer in the BCM. The LaRue seems to me to be a pretty heavy upper.
