Yeah, but that don't look like its over 26. I used to run a 10" barrel with a full size rifle extension in order to get 26"+. That barrel looks as long as the reciever, making it an 7or 8" Of course it could all be optical illusion and he's good on the law. But the crocs are unforgivable and should carry a mandatory sentence.
