Reminds me of the time I taught a busty young lady how to rappel. Kept telling her to lean back, LEAN BACK! She didn't and got the front part of her boobage caught between the figure eight and rope. I can still hear the screaming. I was belaying from the top and it was all I could do to lift her up enough to release the tension.

The poor hubby didn't get any for two weeks.
