    Aruba applies a tourist sin tax of up to 333%. The article indicates it's only a matter of time before other Caribbean islands do as well, but I really can't imagine people just not going to another island instead.

    Wow, and it was really high years ago when I was there. It?s easy to impose and regulate too since there?s only one liquor store.
