I would also like to know. I used to live in lake Charles LA and my favorite lunch place was called the sausage link, the served crawfish, boudan, jambalaya, and po boys daily I miss that place. The best Cajun ive had in Colorado was in Idaho springs right on main but it wasn't verry good and I also go to joes crab shack to get some crawfish but it's just not the same
i make my own and its amazing, im learning from my aunt from LA

I get my fix down in Baton Rouge, Gulfport, and New Orleans! They have some amazing seafood markets down there. I could sit and eat boiled crawfish and shrimp for days!
Went this summer on a drive to the grand canyon. There was a decent place in Durango, can't remember the name but it was right in downtown on the strip. there was also another one in Glennwood springs that did okay as well.
Luciles is the only place I have heard of that has good cajun. And if you think Papadaux had good cajun, then Luciles will blow your mind. Papadaux was a sham. All I can say is that it was hardly fresh made. It was thawed, heated, and served. Freakin joke.
Thank you gentlemen. I'll give Luciles a try.
My momma makes the best gumbo and dirty rice around! But she is nowhere around here so I don't eat Cajun. Maybe I can get my wifey to try Lucile's. I have found Papadeaux to be quite delicious myself.
