Election Day and the Day After.

My folks are in town helping us out with the new baby and stuff and will be here well after election day. We were just talking today about what "might" happen if/when Romney wins.

Being from NY, my folks are glad they'll be at my house in the middle of nowhere instead of anywhere near NYC. The storm messed people up good already. Pour a little more fuel on the fire with a Romney win and...

We'll be getting a good bottle of bourbon and hopefully celebrating an overwhelming victory by Romney late Tuesday night. A big win would squash a lot of unrest, I think. If it's super close, big stuff could happen in some of the shit-hole cities.

We'll see.

SO i judge the election by the results at my range today...12 tables at the 100yd, farting room only, not a single table open. Every table had some sort of semi rifle flinging brass. The 300 yd range had the same issue. Funny thing was that the pistol house was empty, and the shotgun range had crickets. I'm just glad I got my ol 03 sighted in, along with a couple other battle rifles. I think the 2nd amendys are starting to show up in force...

I'll unfortunately be stuck in downtown Denver with 40 middle school kids (field trip). Concealed mean concealed and I pity the fool who tries to mess with my kids. I don't think anything but ugly talk will happen though. Even though: pray for the best, expect the worst.
