I haven't looked through the event viewer. I believe this computer has a history of things not downloading correctly, then effecting everything that I try to download after that. I don't actually download a lot of programs, but I know I have had this problem before.

Thanks for the help so far guys. I'll wait till I get the next pop-up for the Dell thing and post exactly what it is.
