If you've got a transferable one you'd like to move at a good price I'm looking.

I can only dream of getting that chance! I shot one and a full auto AK-47 at one of the machine gun shoots. definitely awesome, just can't justify the expense
All I have in this world is my balls and my word and I don't break em for no one.

    Good trigger control.

I'm lucky to at least have a shooting buddy that has select fire suppressed AR-15 (Bushy/RDIAS) and AK-47 (T-56 dropsie)

Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."

Never had the opportunity but I'm thankful for those that have.

Back in 95' one of my co-workers told me that her and her husband had formed a corp and they were putting every penny they could save into legal machine guns. Seemed like a waste to me at the time but looking back they're probably living pretty well if they kept up that strategy.

From the investment standpoint it doesn't seem unreasonable that prices could double again in the next 10 years especially for collectables like real Colts.

Even RDIAS which have been in the $12-14K range for the last few years are hitting $18 - 20K in the last month or so. Kind of crazy for a piece of metal that anyone with some skill... (and a desire to go to prison) could probably make in an hour.

""(and a desire to go to prison)"" Unfortunately that is the kicker in the situation.

Yep, I totally agree. I carried a M249 the whole time I was in. now that was fun. To qualify we had 165 rounds to hit 11 pop up targets out to 400yds.
