Default Health Insurance person fluent in COBRA laws/rules/regs

*Mods, feel free to move this if it belongs elsewhere*.

I'm looking for someone very familiar with COBRA law/rules. Seems my former employer doesn't want to comply...

    PM me please. Thanks!

There is a Colorado law that applies if your employer is too small to be covered by COBRA. Check the division of insurance.
