I remember the riots back in 89 in Virgina Beach. I was down there to board up the shops and the little bastards were walking around with the sales tags in plan sight from stuff they stole. They were bragging to the shop owners that they were the ones the had been rioting. They did it just for the fun of it. Out of all the board ups we did, we never got paid. The shops went out of business and closed up shop.

I wonder, if there are riots, how long will it take for Federal assistance to arrive on the scene to restore order? As long as it took to get to NY, NJ, Staten Island? Longer? Sooner?
Or will it be left to local LE?
And where in Colorado would anyone even try to riot?
