Romneys at Fiddlers Green last night

Went to see the Romneys at Fiddlers Green last night. Got there about hour and a half early, seats were gone by an hour before(5 PM). Was packed on the grass by the time Mitt and Ann showed up. Very loud and enthusiastic, but respectful crowd. The line I liked the best as in response to what Beeho said the other day about revenge. Romney said Vote for America, not for revenge. Very presidential speech.

Bob Beaupre really got the crowd going beforehand. great to see - he lives right around the corner from me in Lafayette.

Anyone else go?

Sorry,there was one place called Fidler's Green back in NY-brings back old memories.Gilpin Guy knows about that place

I wish I could have went to see him and hear how he conducted himself.
Verry profesional in my oppinion He articulates himself a lot better than the telleprompter puppet does.

I just hope more people can see through the big O's facade....

Halfway down the trail to Hell,

Are the Souls of all dead troopers camped,
Near a good old-time canteen.
And this eternal resting place
Is known as Fiddlers' Green.

Marching past, straight through to Hell

The Infantry are seen.
Accompanied by the Engineers,
Artillery and Marines,
For none but the shades of Cavalrymen
Dismount at Fiddlers' Green.

Though some go curving down the trail

To seek a warmer scene.
No trooper ever gets to Hell
Ere he's emptied his canteen.

They didn't even have beer available! We went to get one and they looked at us like we were nut's........ I bet Obama had beer at his rally!
