The one thing I wish would happen once its all said and done; is that both parties and the president actually WORK TOGETHER to make this country a better place. I think there has been way too much partisanship. I think congress has forgotten what the two party system is really about... Too much time fighting each other instead of trying to find a solution...

I disagree with this. I'm glad not a single republican in the house or senate voted for O-care.

"Doing something" just for the sake of "doing something" isn't necessarily good and I can't think of a single democrat agenda item that I support right now.

I don't have a problem with various branches of our government working together to accomplish positive goals for our country. But the last 4 years of the Obama administration have been a total disaster and the less republicans work with him on his agenda items, the better.

I think world peace might be a more attainable goal.

This way the "people" will see that it is fair as it happened before when Bush won the college and Gore won the popular vote. It will be the Dems turn again.

It could be a mixed blessing. 4 more years of O... and the country will finally vote true Conservative instead of mainstream middle of the road Republican.
The problem will be a major mess to fix after 4 more years of O.
I honestly believe after 4 more years of O there won't be a country left... Either that or we'll be so far deep in the hole that not even the greatest President to ever live could save us.

While I sure as heck don't want another 4 years of O, I don't come close to believing "there won't be a country left...". I do however believe that there will be significant "change" even more so than what we've just been dealt the last 4 years.

I think the US dollar will be significantly less valuable; The US social structure will be even more divided and cross-class violence will rise; The economy will be even weaker, commodity prices higher, social issues such as abortion, gay-rights, and marijuana will be more definitively in place (acceptable) forever; That attacks on gun-rights will increase exponentially, a whole hell of a lot more so than the last decade; That the US government will expand further, and religious persecution of Christians will increase world-wide... none of this is worth looking forward to.

Let me rephrase that- the country as we know it now (or before all this) will be no more, and something else, something... "fundamentally different" will be in it's place...

Like has been said before- the Dems have been chipping away at the second amendment for a long time, with SCOTUS seats at stake O will certainly make it so the NRA doesn't sleep much if he's re-elected. And I totally agree with the persecution of Christians, look at how rampant it is these days right here in our country.

    Well, here's my prediction

Obama is re-elected (and wins CO)
The House remains in Rep hands
The Senate remains in Dem hands
    Amendment 64 passes
    Amendment 65 fails

Didn't say I would like my predictions, but this is what I foresee happening.
Mom's comin' 'round to put it back the way it ought to be.

I hope you are wrong... so very very very wrong. Especially about the CO part- I hate that we're a "blue" state. MT is looking very inviting...
