Ohio woman who drove on sidewalk to avoid school bus ordered to wear 'idiot' sign

"Court records show a Cleveland Municipal Court judge on Monday ordered 32-year-old Shena Hardin to stand at an intersection for two days next week. She will have to wear a sign saying: "Only an idiot drives on the sidewalk to avoid a school bus."

I guess i am good with it, though she should have to be out there in the winter for a month of school days. I mean she could have hurt someone doing this idiotic thing. Nothing like public embarrassment.

OK, she should lose her driver's license, her car, her Obama phone, and whatever else they can take away. Never drive again, etc., etc. But......

The video is shown twice. In the first one, the bus driver (or whoever is running the camera) starts filming her, like, 300 yards away! WTF is up with that? It's like they were expecting her, (here she comes, start the camera!) And in the second running of the video, there's another vehicle that's stopped for the bus, that she had to go around on the right in order to get to the sidewalk. And it's pretty co-inky-dink that there just happens to be a po-po right there to catch her, yes?

So, as usual, it appears there's "more to the story". Like perhaps this wasn't a one-time thing, like this idiot biatch does this every morning at the same time/same place? If so, they need to fry her like a piece of Popeye's Chicken. Wear a sign for two days my ass......

I am NOT ok with public humiliation as an adjudicated punishment. We are NOT partisans, and it's not in line with the 6th amendment IMO.

Yeah, public humiliation, what's that gonna do to solve the problem? Public hangings, now there's a effective solution! To the correct crimes of course, such as this assclown that killed Jessica Ridgeway, and that Aurora theater shooter. Guilty beyond any reasonable doubt? Do 'em in.

It's effective and cheap. Locking up people is expensive. Unfortunately, it will probably be overturned as cruel and unusual if she appeals.

This is a bit from memory but from what I recall is that bus drivers saw this habit more than once. On the 3rd or 4th instance, someone took some video of the crazy #$%^&* and got the police involved. Once they went to the police, that is when a sting was set up and how she was finally caught in the act.
