Huh. That's an interesting question. Most drug offenses are state level. If you're in jail because you were caught with <1oz of pot, are you walking free tomorrow?

Is anyone in jail because they had <1oz of pot?

Tomorrow is another day, and Obama is marginally shittier than Romney, but we're promised gridlock for another 4 years, more or less.

I felt confident the stupidity in America subsided in the last 4 years....maybe people really need to get drug through the mud before they figure out they should find higher ground to walk on. The election is not over. still plenty of votes to be counted. If Romney does in fact not win, I will admit it, I can say i at least tried, my vote mattered. not like a vote for Johnson that is a complete waste.
