Fuck the electoral college

nah...it would be better to pass legislation that says electoral votes get separated within the states so you would have a percentage of california going D and a percentage going R. same with all state. but the more rural areas would definitely help transform the country.

On top of that, it needs to go to land owners, or at least property owners. you own a house? you can vote. like in a highrise or living off welfare in section 8 housing? no vote for you.
