That sounds like a terrible dream. I knew at 2200 I wouldn't get much sleep, so I popped open a bottle of Wild Turkey. Slept like a baby- until I woke up this morning and realized that last night did actually happen.

I'll predict this now... and there is a silver lining, when the next 4 years is over and people see the even bigger mess we're in, it'll pretty much ensure a democrat never gets elected again.

Umm....yeah...if there are 47% of the poulation dependant on the government now, how many more will be in 4 years? Those people are never going vote for somebody who thinks that everone should work and earn their living. Somewhere along the line we have made the hard working man who does earn everything he has out to be the bad guy. All the parents who are to afraid to let their kids fail are teaching them this, and its certainly not going to get better in the next 4 years. Give Obama and his team credit, they went after the younger croud that honestly are not capable of making a truly infomed decision and they got them. The size of the population that is informed and does respect hard work and earning their living is shrinking, what really scares me is that generation will be gone in the next 10 years. Republicans are going to have to re-evaluate some of their beliefs and campaigning tactics to get back in there, but by the time they realize it, it may be too late.
