Gun prices going to skyrocket?

I think dealers who gouge buyers by immed raising prices should be reported on/discussed here. I will keep people apprised on what's going on in my world (FL). There will by no gouging on current stock.

I looked at a few things online last night. I looked again this morning at the same items - prices have either magically gone up or the items are now sold out.

A crystal ball isn't required to see the possibilities.

Everything will go up. Guns will take an immediate hit because of the AWB announcement. Obama will once again be salesman of the year for the firearms industry. If it is like 2008 pricing and availability will stabilize in 8 months or so.

Of course if you piss off your customers by trying to charge more than that level they may not come back.

I think there will be some shortages for a few months but then it will be back to normal. I do believe everything else will go up like others have said. When is the last time you saw a gallon of milk above $3? $75 would not even fill up my half ton truck and the pump stopped because of the cap they have on one transaction... thanks a lot O.

My guess, there will be a shortage or higher prices for a few months. Long term is a guessing game. BO has so much on his plate maybe he'll forget about guns. I'm waiting to see what he told Putin he would do after the election “When he had more flexibility”.
