So, with the Republicans holding on to the House -- what can he really pass....for at least the next 2 years? They can easily defeat an outright AWB bill for now.

My concerns is, what happens in the Colorado Legislative? Are they going to pursue a Colorado law now that they have a majority?

You're talking about someone who has already told Congress to go do themselves. He doesn't think he needs a legislative AWB if he can issue executive orders that have the same effect. After yesterday, Harry Reid has a wider cushion to block any Republican attempts to mitigate Obama's actions.

This was my fear when they announced the local election on 850 this morning... Are we headed toward CA or NY with gun legislation? If so, see ya! I'm moving to Montana!

And the ATF has show a tendency to make new regulations without passing new laws as well (Multiple long gun purchase reporting in the SW). These people don't need the House to make it hard for gun owners.

i saw that--odd commentary from a business that the current admin and congress will try to shut down. you'd think they'd want sales when they could get them

Inability to meet demand (usually perceived as bad customer service) can ruin a company much faster than future regulations.

People are causing this not the election. This is a "demand > supply" issue.

This is how I feel. Nothing has changed over night and nothing probably will for at least two years. It will calm down.
