    From what I've read about it, they got a slap on the wrist that shouldn't impact their careers within DEVGRU as most of those guys aren't looking for a promotion which is where the punishment would come into play.

    The punishments were also read aloud in front of their teammates which is the real big deal for those guys as some won't care and others will forever question their judgement.
