Operation Anti-Egg

Well turns out I moved to arizona and it seems like the local brats enjoy egging cars and houses. Got my car egged yesterday and took quite a while to clean. Well I talked to the neighbors and they say it's just the beggining and that houses all over the neighborhood are covered in slime every holoween night.

Well I've decided to do somthing about it. Me and about 5 guys from the nieghborhood are sitting in wait in bushes with FA paintball guns. Plan is to engage any eggers and hold them untill PD arrive for a vandalism charge. We have a perimiter set up with 1 guy at each entrance to our street and 3 spread out throughout the middle of the street. We all have radios with earpieces and plenty of twisty ties available

I called PD before hand and asked them what they thought, they said as long as we arent exessive and notify them if we catch anyone we're in the clear. They said make sure to keep the shots below the head, we will comply with that one

Anyways I'll update how it whent.

Oh and before anyone asks, we have informed the neighbors and they all are in support of our operation, and have allowed us to set up on their property

i seriously doubt "PD" said you are in the clear running around your neighborhood with FA paintball guns attempting to "engage" the vandals.

either way, im not bailing you out of jail. let us know how many you shoot and how many counts of assault you receive.

I'm almost willing to come to your neighborhood with a carton of eggs just to win a free lawsuit.....

Yeah, bad idea...especially if one of the eggers ducks and catches one in the eye...and with FA guns it is highly likely someone will end up hurt. I can see you getting sued up the wazoo. Just get the license plate number.

I will, however, agree that they deserve every ounce of the tactical, night ops, recon, special forces, paint ball assult. Egg ruins paint on cars the minute it dries...I happen to be a victim of that and would have loved to made those hoodlums pay.

especially when the media depicts gun crazy adults ,attacking innocent school children ,taking their little bros and sisters out trick or treating.

In certain states (WA for sure) it's considered assault with a deadly weapon.

I used to run a field/store in WA. A couple of kids shot some lady on horseback, who happened to be a lawyer...

Sure glad I don’t live in the People’s Republic of Colorado... As far as I know we dont have "felony menacing" here in Arizona.

Ok well we caught the scumbags, 5 teens on foot, were dressed in normal clothes not costumes carrying egg cartons. They started egging one of the neighbor’s houses and when I determined that they had deposited enough evidence I gave the call and we rushed em. We yelled GET DOWN ON THE GROUND and ran towards them. Seems like they were afraid enough of 5 guys dressed in military op clothing to just drop everything and get down. We then made them sit down on a lawn and informed them they were under citizens arrest. We called PD and the idiots were dumb enough to admit they had been the ones that were doing it for the past 3 days in front of the officers. We decided to press charges and will be looking to get reparations for the damages they have caused in the past few days. They were all hauled off since none of them had ID, 3 of them said they were under 18, two admitted to being 18.

Anyways we didn’t even need to fire any shots, seems like they were scared shitless and it turns out it was not necessary to fire any shots. We talked to the officers and they said that we could have fired if one of the kids were to throw the eggs at us

And to those of you that are feeling sorry for them or think that what we did was out of line, you obviously don’t know what eggs do to stucco on your house and car paint! What were we supposed to do? Just lie down and let them cause us hours of work and cost us hundreds of dollars? I think not. We asked PD to help, but they said they were too busy doing other things to station a car on our street, they said if we wanted something done about it we should try to catch them ourselves.

Anyways it was a complete success and we are all very pleased with the results!

Didn’t think of taking any pictures, but next Halloween if they try again I’ll take a few pictures of them sitting in the yard under guard :P

The officers on scene were pretty happy that we actually managed to catch them the way we did.

I will keep you guys informed on what happens to the hooligans and if and how much money we get

more power to ya, glad you caught them and didnt get thrown in jail with them, my guess is that if you did that here, you probably would have been arrested, and the "kids" with the eggs would have been stripped of their eggs and sent home.

One of the many reasons I'll be glad to get back to texas by the end of the year.
