DENVER - An Auraria Campus officer was injured in a shooting on campus early Saturday morning. The incident happened at 6 a.m., near 9th and Walnut Street. The condition of the suspect involved is not known.
The officer involved did not sustain any life-threatening injuries.
A Veterans Day race is scheduled to start in the area at 8 a.m. It has not been confirmed if the race will continue as planned.
9NEWS has a crew on the way to the scene. This story will be updated as more information becomes available.

You know, many mass shootings have to be met with a shrug by the vast majority of dems (including our own Governer!) before you guys chill out?

The NRA is strong, opposing them is a political death sentence for everyone outside a few super-liberal enclaves.

That being said, we clearly need to regular high capacity assault swords.
