No, just feeling silly this AM, especially when it comes to conspiracy theorists / fearmongers.

You're young. I've been through everyone of the bans . First it was cosmetics, then it was ammo, then it became a 10 year ban on cosmetic (EVIL Features) any magazine capacity no more than 10 rounds, A 20 round colt mag was selling in the $100+ range with no hesitation from buyers to pay it. ANY more than 10 round magazine and the average price was $50 for hand gun $50 & up for rifle. 1999 was a banner year since CA had enacted their "LIST" of banned / restricted guns. ALL long guns registered with CADOJ documents to verify the AR you had prior to 1/200 was legal to posses. The president on National TV saying he WOULD REINSTATE THE AWB.

I believed it happened, I just am skeptical that it has the clout to go for another round.

Repubs control the relevant committees in the house, and like I said, it isn't 1994 as far as political environment goes. The NRA is a lot better than my forefathers' NRA and also a lot more powerful.

If it gets introduced and looks like it has traction it's panic button, write your rep, write LTEs, shut up and take my money NRA, etc., mode, but until then I'm not going to waste a bunch of time worrying, you know?
