    Default Anybody else have low Testosterone?

    Had more blood work done today. The standards for this test are 247-1100 for males ranging in age from 19-71. I scored a 97. Wow my lowest score yet. lol

    I asked the Doc about it a couple months ago when I had a physical. He said the easiest thing to do is any form of weight bearing exercise, even walking helps.

    Do squats, or leg presses.

    If you're healthy, do Olympic lifts. Best way to generate your own testosterone.

    ^ This right here. strength training, cut sugar, fast food, cigarettes, and alcohol out of your diet. Incorporate lean cuts of beef. Lean chicken. raw almonds peanut butter for fat sorces. low glycemic carbs brown rich old fashoned oatmeal. You'll be surprised what can happen after propper weight training/diet.
