I'm not by any means defending crazy-boy, but can someone explain what actual crime was committed?

I'm not sure about the threatening or planning to kill children, but threatening to kill the president is a federal crime and can get you put away even if you don't even do anything.Originally Posted by Teufelhund

I believe it's 3-5 years in federal prison for simply threatening to kill the president.
