I'm not sure about the threatening or planning to kill children, but threatening to kill the president is a federal crime and can get you put away even if you don't even do anything.

The world has always been full of sick fux. Now they become media sensations and get movies & books about them if they go full monster. I believe in a free press but when I see how they sensationalize these trash I'm willing to reconsider.
