The Double Diamond guys are very nice too, they fielded all kinds of questions over the phone when I was putting together my 9 on their lower.

Which lower are you using? My DDLES runs C-Products mags flawlessly. I bought a whole bunch of them for ~$10 each.

Mine is a CMMG dedicated lower. I have a couple Metalform 32 round magazine plus a metal Promag that work well. Hard to argue with C-product mags at that price.

Just picked up six modifield uzi mags from prairiedawgshooter. Understand that it won't hold the bolt open, but I can live with that.

One must have that I would add to anyone considering a 9mm AR is a loader. I picked up a Lula and Cammenga. Lula works great with Metalform, Promag and modified Uzi magazines. Cammengae worked well with the Promag and modified Uze but didn't work very well at all with the Metalform mags. Out of 16 rounds in the mag loader, only get six in. I also have a Cammenga for my AR 223 magazines and works without a hitch.

Overall, please with how this one turned out.

Finally got this baby out and man it is a kick to shoot. Didn't do a prolonged firing session because we were losing the light, but now I understand what everyone has been talking about on these pistol caliber ARs.
