Smilies?

Need some help here. When starting a thread, the smilies are easily located just to the immediate right of the post being written. When making a REPLY, I can't find the smilies. Where do I find them when making a reply????? THANKS!!

Under quick reply, its At the top. next to font ,size and other

In quick reply, they are the 7th icon from the right side above the text box.

In full reply window, it's 4th from the right, in the first row of buttons above the text box.
