RANGE DAY!!! Group BBQ!!! FRIED TURKEY AND SNICKERS!!! December 9th!!!

Group Gathering!

That's correct, folks! A group gathering for fun and excitement! I got to thinking... I have a turkey fryer, a big ol' grill, and a pick em up truck... Let's take those things and go out to a range somewhere and have us a good ol' range day filled with food, drinks, and deep fried food!

When should we do this? The second Sunday in December, December 9th. Be at the range about 0930 or so til whenever.

What will be there? Guns. Ammo. Food. Drinks.

Who will be there? Who ever wants to be there!!!!

Where will it be? Harris Park in Bailey. If someone has a better idea feel free to toss it out there.

I figure if we have atleast one grill and one fryer we should be good to go. If someone wants to bring more, AWESOME! Everyone can bring a little something to share with the group and we'll have a ton of food.


My buddy and I (MileHighOutlaw) can provide the Fryer, Grill, and some EZ Up Tents. Maybe some burgers too.

Who else wants to pitch in and have a good time?!

Every time I come back to this someone has an awesome idea on how to make it better.

Last time we did this we all shot a ton of 12g and clays. There will be a chip in for ammo and clays for shotguns.
Also, Let's make this a "Range Clean Up Day" as well. Harris Park could use a little sprucing up. I'll get some trash bags, you bring some gloves, let's make the range a little cleaner in our area.

This will also be a good change to spread some awarness to the other shooters out there about cleaning up your shooting areas. We should set a good example and maybe we'll do a little good.



This should probably go without saying, but I gotta do it anyway.

No, you can not drink after the guns go away. Drink when you get home and don't have to drive.

Also, does anyone mind if I bring my good friend who will be a FIRST TIME SHOOTER? I trust him to be competent with safety rules and plan on teaching him the 4 rules beforehand. Please MSG me or post below if anyone has concerns about this.

I was gonna check the stores in a week or so. But if you have one knockin around... I do need to go get oil though. Can't forget that part.
