If interested please send a PM to me, I will reply with an email so you can send over a resume.

Found out today I may have less than 70 days left in the Air Force.

I have been in the IT field since 2005. I have worked with everything from servers, NAS/SANs, to workstation repair/mass upgrades, Cisco/Juniper/Promina, Large Scale Cyber Transport/security. I also hold an active TS/SCI Security Clearance. I have been in the military 15 years, and have extensive management skills. I currently lead an eight person team responsible for monitoring/troubleshooting/directing maintenance for 18000+ circuits over 15 WANs. I currently Hold an Associates Degree in Information Technology, and an active Security+ Certification.

I'm doing my best to translate my military resume to civilian style, so I thought I would post a quick post here to see if there is any company interested in my skills and abilities.

Perhaps if anyone has had experience transitioning from military to civilian life, please link up with me. I could use some mentorship in resume writing as well.

I'm getting spammed several times a day by headhunters with openings for IT Security Engineer and Security Analyst positions in the Denver metro and surrounding areas.

I have a couple offers in hand so I'm not applying to them anymore.

If you are looking for a job in this specific field, let me know and I can either pass along your info or forward some of these emails to you.
