While the internet is full of so much truth (insert extreme sarcasm) it is like kids passed down stories we tell them at bedtime. There was "some" element of truth or based story that started it all. I don't trust any of the gooberment polys. I would not doubt that this has or could be a thought in the ever vigorous destroyers of the law of the land.
