With all the negative dog threads...
I thought I'd add a positive one. What do you think your dogs are dreaming about when they're sleeping and paws and moving?
Personally I think my dog is hunting something and pointing... But that's just me.
probably tormenting the cat.. he makes some weird noises.. and he's gassy.. only he doesn't sniff his butt and leave.

The ball or food if its the corgie. My jack, well I think he is planning on eating me in my sleep and my lab is a mystery.
The lab is swimming doing a water retrieve. And the bloodhound is after coons.
According to my wife our heeler has two distinct dreams, one good, probably all seven grand kids lined up to throw the ball continuously forever, and one bad dream, either protecting wife or being chased by coyotes.
Who knows? One of the great mysteries that make dogs so cool to be around. One of our JRTs is very active in her dreams. Sometimes it sounds like she's having fun and sometimes it doesn't.

My miniature dachshund dreams about eating carrots. As much as she freaks out (in a good way) about them when she's awake, that's gotta be what she's up to while sleeping.
