I saw the ads for the show and it took me two seconds to decide it wasn't for me. There's just sooooo much overstimulation on TV anymore and to what end? "Reality TV" couldn't be any less real. It's just become increasingly trashy, (you know, "Honey Boo Boo" and the like.....Really??? Is this the best they can come up with?) incredibly oversensationalization and unoriginal. (I know, THAT's a real news flash.) Take the new show "Amish Mafia." Who comes up with this shit?

As for the 9-1-1 show, I've got enough reality in my own life....I don't need to re-live someone else's to get my fix, particularly the very raw, very real and very ugly things. Not knocking anyone who does watch it, it's just not for me. I'd rather watch "Gold Rush" cause THAT's reality man!
