Stranahan's, Pappy (any year), McCallan 18 or 25, or Johnny Blue. All straight or 1-2 ice cubes as needed.

Stranahan's seems to get a bad rap from the hard core whiskey crowd, but boy I love it!

I've also grown fond of Colorado Crown, not high end by any means, but as smooth as I've found for the price.
