I grow bhut jolokias in the summer. The BEST hot sauce recipe:
3 ghost peppers.
1 red bell, 1 orange bell
4 cloves garlic
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup white vinegar
1 very large tomato
1 tbls salt
Combine everything in a sauce pan, bring to a simmer until the peppers are soft.
Blend it all for 5 full minutes.
Wait 3 days.
Make hot wings.
Die happy.
