    Default The Patriot

Having seen it N-th time, I have to agree with Harrison Ford that it was "the script had boiled the Revolutionary War down to a "one-man's-revenge" melodrama."

Had a great potential, but unfortunately... works of hollywood or was it hollywood as usual because of it wouldn't have been bought otherwise?

Not as bad as watering down the attack on Pearl Harbor and the Battle of Britain with a crappy love triangle and paper thin 2d characters...

I've never watched The Patriot. It just didn't appeal to me.

Pearl Harbor was a travesty. I had to fire up Tora! Tora! Tora! right after watching it to help dull the pain.

I thought it was a good movie. Like the tomahawk. Modern day tomahawk is the GG&G Battle Hawk Tactical Tomahawk.
