Hey I'm working on building my SBR, any thoughts/recommendations on buffer weight for a suppressed SBR? Also, any rec's on a receiver extension? I'm currently looking at the BCM Receiver extension kit.

I have a 5" 9mm AR but currently I have a longer rail with fake can, but in the future I want to go to a setup like yours. What rail is that or what size, that is a very nice setup!!!!
