IMDB doesn't give much other than "Khan (Rumored)." Something tells me they're going to keep tight lipped on who the villain actually is.
"There is no news in the truth, and no truth in the news."
"The revolution will not be televised... Instead it will be filmed from multiple angles via cell phone cameras, promptly uploaded to YouTube, Tweeted about, and then shared on Facebook, pending a Wi-Fi connection."
Gary Mitchell makes more sense to me. After reading the link I'm 99% sure Khan is not it.

I still think it's Khan. This one Teaser, was released a while back, but it is too good to be a fan made trailer...
"The French soldiers are grand. They are grand. There is no other word to express it."
- Arthur Conan Doyle, A visit to three fronts (1916)
You all confused me with the talk about Khan earlier but I remember discussion a year or so ago that said this movie was going to revamp "Where No Man Has Gone Before" (the Gary Mitchell episode). I think the Khan thing was just some fan wishing since Star Trek II is generally held to be the best of the Trek movies and this is Trek 2 of the reboot. I'm still not thrilled with J.J. Abrams' take on Trek but it's better than the garbage Rick Berman and Brannon Braga were putting out.
