I am going to a graduation party tonight for a friend of mine who is graduating POST? this afternoon.

I need to pick up a gift for him (locally - NoCo) before heading down to the party. I'm thinking flashlight or knife or something like that, but not sure. Preferably not more than about $50, as money is tight this Christmas season.

Last I checked, there were a few LE guys on here - what would be a good present that he would find either useful or helpful on the job? Pink handcuffs are out.
