Sounds good! I had bbq pulled pork last night.
The advantage to this particular deployed site is that the Lead (Me) doesn't have to share accomodations, so I have the kitchen all to myself. Tonight, I'm trying to decide if I want to make Chicken fettucine alfredo or Jambalaya. I'm kind of leaning toward the Jambalaya, but I need to get crackin' if I'm going to do that.
I think the Jambalaya wins...along with some of the 12pk of Yeungling I brought home from the store!
