Happy B-Day

Welcome! The wife and I spent 3 wonderful years in Germany in the early 90's. We traveled all over Germany and Europe in general. We lived in between Spangdahlem and Bitburg on a small farm next to a beautiful creek and surrounded on all sides by thick dark timber.

I was a member of the Eifle Combat Pistol Team. We shot every Wed. night on the base range. We even traveled a time or two to different cities to shoot pistol matches.

I was back 2 years ago on my way to Russia. Only got to spend 3 days in Germany and that was outside Frankfurt.

Yesterday the wife and I was talking about the Chris Kringle mart (I'm sure I made a mess of the spelling but I hope you know what I mean) they have in Trier every year. The food and the beauty of the season is incredible. That was one of our favorite things to do in Germany.

Of course the people, beer, food, gun shops and the pretty women ain't bad either. I still remember some of the beaches we used to go to and some of the women that were there. WOW!
