Seriously Jim, I am with you, my frustration an anger is at an all time time high. I still have this bad sickening gut feeling when I think about our current line up of politicians. Damage is done, no more whining totally need to make our voice heard louder than the other guys. Will it work with what we are all up against?

In all seriousness though...even if every single 3rd party vote went to Romney (commies and all) good ol Barry would have still won. The people you should actually be pissed at is all of the conservatives that didn't vote because they didn't like Romney. Not even 60% of eligible voters voted in the elections. THAT is who elected Obama, Chickencooper and all of the wonderful democrats to the state legislature. We just have to fight the good fight and make our voices loud and clear to the state...we should enact a zero tolerance anti-gun control policy with our reps. If they even HINT at supporting gun control...we blow up (figuratively) their phone lines, inboxes and emails. We have to put boots on the ground and round up every single 2A advocate we can find. You said you've been through two bans before...something tells me that the 3rd time might be the charm if they can get it done.

Funny thing is, Ron Paul actually polled better against Obama than Romney most of the time.


So, the real reason we are having more gun control is because of establishment republicans nominating ANOTHER limp wristed establishment progressive that happens to have a "R" behind his name.

first off to one of the posters I do not do caffeine, of any kind, ask anyone, even brycom. Not pretty sight. No Caffeine, alcohol , carbonated beverages none.

Now to my beloved board member and neighbor. Ye,s no, maybe. IIRC you voted for R too. My point, or one of them is the people who truly believed there would be no gun control laws even mentioned. Statements like this one always are surprising to me. Surprising in the way that the only way you can make a statement like that is if you truly believe in the two party system...that it actually is the best way to go about things in the political arena. I think bryjcom hit the nail on the head...the republican establishment was insane to think that Romney was the best shot. This country craved a STRONG conservative candidate...and the best the GOP could come up with was Romney?
