    It would be the GOP's best interest to put up a libertarian candidate. Why? Because you know the life long republican jelly fish will vote Republican no matter what... You can always count on their vote, but you can't count on the conservative idealoges and libertarians to vote. You have to run a very conservative candidate to get all the conservative votes... And better yet if you put up a libertarian candidate you could count on all the conservatives and some of the democrats to vote for them. I personally know a few people that voted for Obama that if given the chance would have voted for Ron Paul instead.
    Win. Rand Paul 2016? . . if the GOP can pull its head out of its collective ass before then.
