AND Everyone who knew the kid IGNORED ISSUES. LIKE the Aurora shooter SOMEONE was / is more concerned about the patients rights and "privacy" instead of the safety of the general public. I strongly support patient/Dr. privilege. WITH THAT BEING SAID When prior .mil (read: anglos) are considered to have the potential for "domestic terrorism" association with hate groups (words of the .gov) and want America to "keep an eye out" YET blatantly ignore things when the treating physician is more concerned about their own reputation and do nothing, we have a serious problem.
The psyc for the movie shooter NEVER followed up with LE regarding the status of her patient. In cases of public safety to one self or the general public the Physician is covered regarding client privilege. After all, if one of us were to tell a Dr. I XXX society, the swat team would be at our house before we got home from the doc's.
