Agreed. He has Bloomberg, CNN, MSNBC, and a host of other people who will talk about it today. He can afford to wait.

Man, am I really going to be the voice of reason here?

Yeah, some of the soap-boxers will bang thier anti-gun drums, just like they ALWAYS do.
But by and large, the American public is not stupid and not anti-gun. Your average person is going to look at this and cry over the gun, and the media will use it to distract from the nutjob themselves and where thier glorious systems failed- how the welfare system did not make these guys happy, maybe how unemployed pushed them over the edge, or how the criminal justice system on the east coast just cycled them through, or whatever. But try as they might, the media will not be able to completely distract the American public from these things and at some point they are going to call out for blood. Sure guns are going to be a part of it, but watch and see how this runs.

While my heart goes out to the families who have had the most tragic day of their lives...my JOB as a husband and a father is to protect MY family. Not yours, not theirs, MY family.

9News reporting it was two 9mm handguns. One reporter also just asked the anchor if he knows how many bullets these guns can hold in a clip. Now they're bringing high-capacity clips into the discussion. As if that has any goddamn thing to do with it.

My stomach is in knots thinking of all the families who just lost their children to some fucking sicko. So disgusting. It is criminal that no one in this area was allowed the ability to defend themselves or the victims.

You did see more than half of the voters this year chose to reelect Obama, right? The majority of people who vote (important distinction) are retarded and voted for their messiah.

I feel terrible to the families who lost someone. I just wish that people would not blame the gun and blame the person.

This makes me sick. I pray for the families. It brings tears to my eyes thinking of the little kids in that school...
