Difference between federal and private security:

a) While trying to get on a plane, toddler and parents are harassed because they have sealed juice boxes. Common sense plays no part in the actions of the security guard.

b) While going to a sporting event, security tells diabetic woman she can't bring outside food or drinks into the arena. Woman explains she has diabetes, and needs the juice in case her blood sugar gets low. Security guard uses common sense, apologizes, and lets the woman in.
