My wife and I just came back from buying her birthday present and the folks said they are looking at least a 22 hour wait for CBI. We went to several shops today and I could not believe how packed they were. On the way home we stopped at Gander Mountain and I saw that they were using the good ol fashion take a number system like the DMV and that was just to get a salesman to talk to you.

Hmm, so does that qualify as a waiting period

so what kind of waiting period do we end up with if state govt decides to cut back to 1 person doing checks. budget cuts & all. Cannot afford it, have to pay for schools.


Or was there any requirement in the law to prevent such a tactic?

Record-breaking numbers this weekend in CO. The CBI says they actually called in extra staff to handle the overwhelming number of applications.
